This is an appeal by homeowners Allen Talbot and Esther Talbot from a judgment foreclosing mechanics' liens in favor of Midwest Heating & Cooling, Inc., and Distributors, Inc., appellees.

The Talbots contracted to have a home built, and upon its completion they paid the contractor. The contractor did not pay the subcontractors. The subcontractors filed and subsequently foreclosed their mechanics...
