On September 26, 1978, an Air Caribbean Beechcraft D 185 aircraft, Registration # N-500L, crashed on a flight from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Plaintiffs in this suit were on the ground. They claim personal injuries, emotional distress and/or property damage as a result of the accident.
