This is an action by an alleged widow, Bernice M. Jones, against Transamerica Insurance Company to recover death benefits of an insured, Robert Jones, who apparently died as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning. Appellant married Jones in March, 1969; the couple separated in 1971. Jones married Ada Mae Oliphant in 1973. Appellant filed a claim for $5,000 with Transamerica as Jones' widow.
