Each of the parties has submitted affidavits, and the plaintiff in addition has filed a motion requesting the court "to declare Rules 4(d)(7), 4(e) and 4(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure null and void, as applied to him in this case, and to enter an order validating personal jurisdiction...
