Appellant was charged in a multicount indictment with the offenses of firstdegree armed burglary, armed robbery and related offenses occurring on November 21, 1976, as well as with counts of armed robbery and related offenses occurring on November 22, 1976. The trial court granted appellant's motion to sever the counts, and separate jury trials resulted in his conviction of first-degree burglary while armed and armed robbery in the November 21...
