Defendant Clifton Bolden was convicted by a jury of two counts of criminal sexual conduct, second degree, MCL 750.520c; MSA 28.788(3), and one count of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment of 20 to 30 years on the armed robbery count and 10 to 15 years on one count of criminal sexual conduct. Defendant was not sentenced on the other criminal
