Defendant appeals as of right his jury conviction on March 28, 1978, of armed robbery, contrary to MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and guilty plea on April 12, 1978, to a supplemental information charging him as a habitual offender. He was sentenced to a term of 7 to 30 years imprisonment with credit for 278 days served.
