This matter is before the Court on Cleveland Jackson's request to quash the government's motion for a rule to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of court. The government alleges that a special agent of the FBI served Jackson with a subpoena directing him to appear on July 25, 1979 at the trial of Deborah Willis and Floyd Head.
