PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff below sought damages for false imprisonment, slander, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Summary judgment was entered against her on all counts.

Having carefully reviewed the pleadings and record, we are of the opinion that genuine issues of fact remain, which bear materially on the allegations made. We therefore reverse.
