On April 15, 1980, debtors filed a petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. The plan filed by the debtors proposed to pay over a period of three years 100% of all allowed secured claims, including a secured claim of Chrysler Credit Corporation, the security for which was a 1978 Chrysler Cordoba automobile.
