Plaintiff Deaktor has brought this action against the Chicago Mercantile Exchange ("Exchange") and various exchange members for allegedly manipulating frozen pork belly futures in violation of the Commodity Exchange Act ("CEA"). In Chicago Mercantile Exchange v. Deaktor, 414 U.S. 113, 94 S.Ct. 466, 38 L.Ed.2d 344 (1973), the Supreme Court ordered a stay of the proceedings...
