Novotny (Novotnys), husband and wife, appellees herein, against Ellis McClintick (McClintick), Trade-In Homes (Trade-In), and Action Enterprises, Inc. (Action), appellants herein, for damages caused by the appellees' reliance on certain purportedly fraudulent misrepresentations made during the sale of property purchased by the appellees from Trade-In Homes.
