Plaintiff appeals as of right from a July 12, 1978, order of the Jackson County Circuit Court denying plaintiff's motion for an order directing defendants to return a bulldozer and trailer to plaintiff or to pay plaintiff the reasonable rental value of the bulldozer and trailer.
