These appeals arise from declaratory judgment actions filed by the plaintiff, Royal Globe Insurance Company, seeking to determine coverage under two insurance policies issued by the plaintiff to the defendant, Albert A. Salle, d/b/a Salle and Son (hereinafter Salle).
