The people appeal from the dismissal of this action upon defendant's motion to quash. Defendant was charged with indecent exposure, MCL 750.335a; MSA 28.567(1). It was alleged that while dancing nude on stage at the Frisco Theatre in the City of Detroit, defendant massaged her pubic region with her fingers and spread her buttocks, exposing anus and vulva to the view of the patrons present.
