This is an action for damages and declaratory relief for breach of contract. Defendant Hanover Insurance Company ("Hanover") moves for partial summary judgment on count I of the complaint. Plaintiff Bellamah, Neuhauser & Barrett, Inc. ("Bellamah") opposes Hanover's motion, and moves for partial summary judgment on the issue of coverage raised in count I.
