Appellant was charged in a two-count indictment with felony murder and first-degree murder. He subsequently entered a plea of guilty to the included offense of second-degree murder. After hearing evidence, the trial judge accepted the plea of guilty and after pre-sentence investigation, sentenced the appellant to the Indiana Diagnostic Center for a period of not less than fifteen nor more than twenty-five years.
