The petitioner was charged with possession of controlled substances and pleaded guilty after the court denied his motion to suppress the State's evidence, reserving his right to appeal the ruling. That denial was affirmed by the Court of Appeals, Division One, State v. Hobart, 24 Wn.App. 240, 600 P.2d 660 (1979).
