Annie L. Bolton brought this suit to recover damages that she and her minor son, Ravis R. Bolton, sustained in an automobile accident. Defendants, Mark and Marie Lacour, were dismissed from the suit after their insurer, MFA Mutual Insurance Company, admitted liability.
