Plaintiff sued the financing company and the financing company's repossession agent for compensatory and punitive damages for wrongful repossession when his truck was repossessed because of his failure to make timely payments. The jury awarded plaintiff a total of $3,753.74 compensatory damages and $20,000 punitive damages.
