Plaintiffs, Jason Sharps and Ben A. Borenstein, filed a two-count amended complaint against defendants, Seymour Stein and Lester Stein, relative to a joint venture undertaking. In count I Sharps sought an accounting, a certified audit, and judgment for a proportionate return of the compensation received by the Steins contrary to the venture agreement.
