The issue on this appeal is whether certain property owned by the plaintiff, Red Top, Inc., a Connecticut corporation, and used in connection with the famed Harvard-Yale Regatta and other rowing competitions, is exempt from taxation under § 12-81 (7) of the General Statutes as "property used for scientific, educational, literary, historical or charitable purposes."
