This will briefly state the separately entered findings and conclusions in regard to the allowance of counsel fees for plaintiffs' counsel in this case.

On April 21, 1980, one of plaintiffs' attorneys, Leroy P. Vital, submitted a motion requesting an award of attorney fees in the amount of $371,100.00 for services allegedly rendered by him in this case since July 1974....
