PER CURIAM:
On September 11, 1980, acting under its original jurisdiction in habeas corpus, this Court granted a rule requiring the respondent, Donald E. Bordenkircher, to show cause why the relator, Tommy Sartin, should not be discharged from his confinement in the penitentiary for the reason that he had twice been denied his right to an appeal from an August 1, 1978 conviction in the Circuit Court of Wayne County of the crime of second degree sexual assault.
