WELLS, Judge.

We hold that the trial court correctly dismissed plaintiffs' complaint. The argument in this case is not over the question of whether plaintiffs' statement of their claim is adequate to give defendants sufficient notice of the claim asserted to enable them to answer and defend. The factual details set out in the complaint are clear. The argument is whether plaintiffs' claim is legally sufficient.
