This is the fourth appeal to this court involving this child (54 A.D.2d 673; 66 A.D.2d 723; 73 A.D.2d 154), now over eight and one-half years of age. She was born on April 15, 1972 and was placed in foster care on an emergency basis approximately one month later, after an incident which resulted in respondent natural mother's admission...
