Defendant Carl Eric Olsen appeals his conviction by jury and sentence for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in violation of § 204.401(1), The Code 1977. He contends the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress evidence obtained in a search of his automobile and in overruling his objection to testimony of a D.C.I. agent which went beyond the scope of the minute of his testimony attached to the trial information...
