The defendant brings this appeal under G.L.c. 278, §§ 33A-33G, from his conviction by a jury in the Superior Court on an indictment charging manslaughter. He claims reversible error based (1) upon the trial judge's denial of his motion to dismiss the jury pool on the ground that there was systematic exclusion therefrom of persons under the age of thirty-five and (2) upon the judge's evidentiary rulings and instructions.
