This is an appeal from an order of the State Bar Grievance Board which adopted a Hearing Panel's finding that petitioner Silverman's conduct caused "reasonable misunderstanding and disapproval" on the part of his client, Russel Sebright, thereby exposing the "legal profession to obloquy, contempt, censure and reproach" in violation of Supreme Court Rule for the State Bar 15, § 2(2)1 and affirmed a 30-day suspension.
