Plaintiff, Bordelon Leasing, Inc., sues on a written lease agreement entered into with defendant, Thibodeaux Air Conditioning Sales, Inc., for alleged past due rent for the months of February, March and April of 1979 and for the cancellation of the lease. The object of the lease is a 1977 Ford pick-up truck and according to the terms of the written lease, dated September 16, 1977, monthly rentals of $152.44 are due in advance on the first day of each...
