This is an appeal from an order entered in the Circuit Court for Harford County (Cameron, J., presiding) affirming a decision of the Harford County Council to rezone 261.7 acres of land owned by the appellees, Paul and Martin Glackin, from A-1, Agricultural District, to R-1, Suburban Residence District.
