Appellee brought a petition for the adoption of the natural child of his wife, the former wife of appellant. On appeal from the grant of such petition, we affirm.

1. Appellee's motion to dismiss is denied.

2. "The findings of the trial court that [appellant] had `failed significantly' for a period of one year or longer immediately prior to the filing of the petition for adoption to provide for the care and support of the child as required...
