This is an appeal from a decision of the unemployment insurance appeals board of the Arizona Department of Economic Security which disqualified appellant from benefits for a period of ten weeks.

On May 16, 1978, appellant Barbara Phillips was discharged from her employment as Food Service Director of Flowing Wells Public School District # 8. She filed a claim for unemployment benefits. A deputy determined that she was disqualified...
