In this appeal common carrier Makovsky Bros., Inc. (Makovsky) seeks review of a corrected order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) directing Makovsky to cease and desist from using its certificated vehicles in furtherance of its private "buy-sell" business operations.
