Defendant was charged with three counts of first-degree murder contrary to MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548. Following a jury trial defendant was convicted of the first-degree murder of Leslie Kinsman and the second-degree murders of Victor Bossio and James Ketelaar. Defendant received a life sentence on each conviction and now brings this appeal as of right.
