This appeal concerns the classification of certain real estate as either separate or community property.

On April 6, 1966, Lots 5 and 6 of Block 12 of West Beach Parkway Subdivision, located in St. Tammany Parish, were purchased by Helen Dumestre Luchsinger, the wife of Werner J. Luchsinger. Mr. Luchsinger also signed those acquisitions declaring his wife was purchasing the property with her separate and paraphernal funds under her separate administration...
