This is an appeal from a Superior Court judgment of conviction wherein Idalio Santos (defendant), was adjudged guilty of transporting for immoral purposes and of committing an abominable and detestable crime against nature. The defendant now claims that the trial justice deprived him of his right to a public trial, admitted into evidence the fruits of an illegal search and seizure, improperly sustained his own objections to questions...
