SAMUEL, Judge.

This rule to decrease payments for the support of two children was brought by the father against his former wife. The wife then brought a rule to increase.

The original award of $65 per week was set in 1973 when the children were 15 and 10 years old, respectively. The father continued to pay this sum until the older child graduated from college at age 21. The mother concedes the father is no longer required to support that child. Her rule is...
