The plaintiff petitioned for a writ of habeas corpus claiming that the warden failed to credit him with fourteen days "good time" as required by General Statutes § 18-98a.1 The trial court granted the petition and directed the warden to credit the petitioner with fourteen days to be deducted from his sentence. The defendant appealed. The sole issue raised on appeal is whether the trial court erred in its interpretation...
