Appellant Verona Housing, Incorporated, was sued by the St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission to recover certain monies allegedly due and owing to the Commission for water service furnished to appellant's apartment complex over the past ten years. The Commission had filed a bill of complaint seeking certain declaratory and mandatory injunctive relief. The appellant demurred, challenging the court's equitable jurisdiction...
