Defendant, John Edward Bussdieker, was convicted by a jury of obstructing a criminal investigation in violation of A.R.S. § 13-2409 and of attempted theft in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-1001 and 13-1802. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of four years for attempted theft and two years for obstructing a criminal investigation. Defendant now appeals both convictions.
