Joretta Addis brings this appeal from her conviction for criminal confinement, in violation of Ind. Code 35-42-3-3, contending the evidence was insufficient to support her conviction due to the State's failure (a) to prove each element of the offense beyond a reasonable doubt and (b) to present evidence of the commission of an offense subject to the criminal jurisdiction of Indiana. Mrs. Addis also alleges she was prejudiced and denied a fair trial...
