We have consolidated the state's application for supervisory writs in each of defendants' cases to consider a single question. Defendants claimed at their multiple offender hearings that they did not receive, or could not recall receiving, appropriate Boykin warnings in entering prior pleas of guilty. The challenged pleas came after the opinion in Boykin v. Alabama, 395 U.S. 238, 89 S.Ct. 1709, 23 L.Ed.2d 274...
