The determinative issues in this appeal and cross-appeal concern the trial court's disposition of certain real property in a dissolution proceeding.

Appellee is a beneficiary of the estate of William L. Mellon, her grandfather and the founder of Gulf Oil Corporation, as well as a beneficiary of her father's estate. She married appellant in 1969 and during their marriage, the main source of their income came from her trust funds...
