JACOBSON, Judge.

Petitioner pled guilty to three counts of lewd and lascivious acts. On October 31, 1972, he was sentenced to three consecutive terms of four to five years' imprisonment commencing August 12, 1972.1 At the time sentence was imposed it was the policy of the Arizona Department of Corrections to combine the minimum and maximum terms of imprisonment in computing parole...
