HOFFMAN, Judge.

The defendant, Barbara Kinney, was convicted of harassment, a class B misdemeanor, fined $100 and costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail.

The complaining witness testified that she received numerous telephone calls at her home and place of business during which the defendant accused her of promiscuous sexual behavior.
