When appellant, Harold H. Dorsey, a Carroll County builder, was not paid the full sum due him for a home he constructed on his lot and then sold to appellees, Donald A. Beads and Alice Beads, his wife, he persuaded them several months after settlement to execute a mortgage covering this sum and certain other monies said to be due him. They defaulted after making several payments...
