Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

SCOTT, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in the Federal estate tax of the Estate of Maria Iacono, Decedent, Rose Giusti and Helen Reese, Co-Executrices, in the amount of $81,315. By an Amendment to Answer respondent alleged an increased deficiency in the estate tax in the amount of $52,614, for a total deficiency of $133,929.
