HOWARD, Judge.

This appeal was taken from the trial court's denial of a new trial after it directed a verdict for appellee, Montgomery Ward & Co.

Appellants, having seen a newspaper advertisement offering hair permanents at a special price, went to appellee's store. They contend that the permanents were negligently done causing physical injury to both and psychological damage to Mrs. Bujanda....
