On November 19, 1977, plaintiff, Standard Federal Savings & Loan Association (hereinafter Standard), filed a complaint in the 46th Judicial District Court alleging that it was entitled to payment in the amount of $4,450 from the defendant. Plaintiff's subsequent motion for summary judgment was granted on September 18, 1978, and affirmed by Oakland County Circuit Court by an order issued April 24, 1979.
